He brings deep expertise in leadership development, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness, with experience working closely with senior leadership, legal counsel, and labor relations within collective bargaining environments.

He previously served as Vice President for Inclusion and Belonging at Defenders of Wildlife, where he led enterprise-wide strategy to align people, culture, and operations and advance organizational impact. His professional background also includes serving as the inaugural Officer for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Pew Charitable Trusts, as well as leadership within Nassau County Government, where he implemented strategic initiatives focused on equity, workforce development, and community engagement.
